At SPRK LIFE, every item is made especially for you after you place your order. Because each product is printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or buyer's remorse.
We encourage you to review the product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before placing your order.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a description of the issue.
Once we review your claim, we'll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been fulfilled, we may not be able to replace or refund the order.
