Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting SPRK LIFE.

Every SPRK LIFE product is made to order. Once you place your order, it is printed specifically for you before it ships. This allows us to create intentionally, reduce waste, and avoid overproduction.

Order Processing

Most orders are printed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, fulfillment may take a little longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated shipping times are:

United States

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International

Shipping times vary by destination and may take 10–30 business days depending on your country's postal service and customs processing.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Multiple Items

If your order includes multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages. This is normal, as items may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment facilities.

Delays

While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding if this happens.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and your order has already entered production, we may not be able to make changes. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Contact us with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
